Kirby and Kaname Doodle Dump

We were told to design a 'dragonfly boy/girl' in class, and I remembered that I do, indeed, own a dragonfly OC from way, way, way back when. He belongs to the B.U.G. series that I thought a LOT about but never displayed much of for you guys to see. Which... is kind of a good thing because my dragonfly's original design was just a regular guy with red, slicked back hair OTL Anyways, his name is Kirby! He's a Kirby Dropwing Dragonfly~ And he's Kaname(the evening cicada)'s senpai, haha!

They get along pretty well, as you can see, and doodling them again gave me the idea of Kaname hosting a club just for their Treekin species X3 Hopefully, his senpai stops to visit when he can, but the life of a college student is a rough one...

From Left to Right, Top to Bottom:
1. First attempt at redesigning Kirby based off my memory of his old design and an image of a dropwing dragonfly.
2. Kirby in his bug form! It was actually pretty fun to draw >w<
3. A quick scribble I did of Kaname looking uncharacteristically forlorn.
4. The final idea for Kirby's design! It's fun to have a character with so many scuffs and scars ^^
5. Kaname and Kirby dance at the idea of starting a Treekin club at Kaname's high school, so they can find more of their species!
